Changes on St. Maarten at Mullet Bay

Good news for St. Maarten as finally, after long legal battles, the old buildings at Mullet Bay Resort are being demolished and much of the materials will be recycled.

This is a welcome relief to residents and tourists since this has been an eyesore since Hurricane Louis in 1995.
We are all very pleased with this action and are looking forward to hearing about the reconstruction plans in the future.

In consequence, the value of properties surrounding the golf course and the areas close by will appreciate and offer a good investment for the future.
Now is the time to look at the properties close by while the prices are still low such as Cupecoy Beach Club, Pt. Pirouette, Tradewinds, Arbor Estates, Rainbow Beach Club, Cote d'Azur Residence and Marina, The Maho area and Beacon Hill. Check out our website at www.remaxislandproperties.com
